Environmental Law

Generally, an environmental case exists when the natural environment is altered to an unnatural state due to actions of a person or entity.

Clients in environmental cases include individuals, small and large businesses, organizations and communities, and government entities.

It is important to have qualified legal representation:

Locke Milholland has an undergraduate degree in Natural Resources from NC State University’s College of Forest resources, providing him with a broad environmental science background to apply to legal issues.

Locke worked in State Government before attending law school, and obtained his masters of Business Administration while in law school. This provides him with working knowledge of client’s and defendants’ policies and operations.

Locke associates with Bryan Brice on environmental cases to expand resources and experience offered to clients.
